Steel pins were machined from solid 8620 bar stock, heat treated and triple tempered, and then centerless ground to tolerance. Inner diameter were made on Sunnen equipment to precise size and finish requirements. The outside diameters feature a slight edge break to maintain maximum bearing area and make it compatible for snap rings, or spirolox.
